Return & Warranty Policy

At PinkSculpt, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Here's everything you need to know about returns and our warranty.

60-Day Return Policy 
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund (minus original shipping fees).

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • To start a return, please email us at pinksculpt@hotmail.com with your order number, a brief reason, and photos of the item (if applicable). We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

2-Year Free Warranty
All PinkSculpt devices (FaceShaper 2.0, BodySculpt 2.0, etc.) come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase.

  • This covers issues like faulty charging, non-working functions (e.g., microcurrent, RF heating, vibration, or LED light), or material defects under normal use.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water exposure, unauthorized repairs, accidental drops, or normal wear and tear.
  • If you experience an issue, email us at pinksculpt@hotmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and clear photos/videos of the defect.
  • We'll guide you through troubleshooting. If the device is defective, we'll repair or replace it free of charge (you may need to ship it back at our expense for warranty claims).

Important Notes

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the 2-year period.
  • For international orders, customs duties or import taxes are not refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds on used consumables (e.g., GlowPrep Cleanser or GlideGel)
